All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us with details of the item and defect at orders@thestrongmanofGod.org no later than thirty (30) days after your purchase. After being instructed to do so, send the item you consider defective to Strong Man Store, P.O. BOX 56704, Portland, OR 97238.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via the orders e-mail address within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to replacement or a refund per your request as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to replacement we will replace the item; if a refund, we will refund the item’s purchase price using the original method of payment.
Refunds do not include shipping and handling charges shown on the original packing slip or invoice, but only those related to returning a defective item. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and optionally insured by you. Otherwise, you are responsible for any loss or additional damage to the defective item being returned during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. To follow-up on the status of your return, please contact us at the orders e-mail address.
Shipping rates are calculated prior to the conclusion of the checkout process. Items sold in the Strong Man Store may be shipped to addresses in the United States only and may incur additional charges for outlying or hard to get to addresses. Our shipping methods are based on the type, packaging dimensions and weight of the item being shipped. As a result, some items may be shipped separately. At this time, we offer only the stated USPS options at check out that you can choose from or at our discretion when we offer free shipping.
Depending on the USPS shipping option selected during checkout, an estimated delivery time is provided to you. Delivery times are estimates and start as of the date of shipping, not the date of the order which must be processed after payment is accepted. Under normal circumstances, we seek to prepare orders for shipment within 2 business days (Monday-Friday) of placement. You will be notified by e-mail of any unusual circumstances that delay us from filling your order. Deliveries are scheduled for business days and are not normally made on holidays or Sundays.
